West India Wildlife Tour(NITT037)Duration: 16 Nights / 17 DaysDestinations Covered: Delhi - Ahmedabad - Kutch - Gir - Rajkot - Mumbai - Dandeli - Goa Day - 1: Delhi Arrival in New Delhi before or after midnight. Overnight at the hotel. Day - 2: Delhi Spend the morning at leisure. Afternoon sightseeing tour of New Delhi, visiting India Gate, Qutab Minar & Humayun's tomb, and driving past President House. Overnight at the hotel. Day - 3: Delhi-Ahmedabad-Wild Ass Sanctuary MCatch a flight from Delhi-Ahmedabad in the morning and drive towards Ahmedabad-Dasada (2.5 hrs.). Drive in the Little Rann of Kutch at the Wild Ass Sanctuary to see the Asiatic Wild Ass and other faunal attractions. Overnight stay in a wildlife resort. Day - 4: Little Rann of Kutch Enjoy a full day visit to the Little Rann of Kutch for bird watching & nature viewing. Overnight stay in a wildlife resort. Day - 5: Little Rann of Kutch-Gondal Drive from Dasada-Gondal (210-kms.) via Wadhwan, Surender Nagar, Chotila. Overnight stay at a heritage hotel.  Day
- 6: Gondal-Gir National ParkDrive from Gondal-Sasangir (85-kms / 2 hrs.). Gir National Park is the last refuge of the Asiatic Lion. After lunch, take a jeep drive into the National Park. Overnight at the lodge. Day - 7 & 8 : Gir National Park Morning and evening tours to Gir National Park. Overnight at the lodge. Day - 9: Gir National
Park-Rajkot-Mumbai
Early morning drive to Rajkot (4-hrs.). Catch the connecting flight to Mumbai. Arrival at Mumbai in the afternoon. Overnight stay in the hotel. Day - 10: Mumbai - Hubli / Belgaum - Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary Catch a flight from Mumbai-Hubli or Belgaum in the morning and transfer to Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary. Take a afternoon drive to the sanctuary for wildlife viewing. Overnight in a wildlife resort or Kali Wilderness Camp. Day - 11: Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary  Enjoy
a morning elephant ride for wildlife viewing and afternoon raft cruise
for bird watching.Day - 12: Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary-Goa Early morning nature walk. Drive to Goa after breakfast (4 hr.). Overnight in a beach resort. Day - 13 to 16: Goa Spend some days at leisure at the beach resort of Goa and sightseeing the Goan beach sides. Day - 17: Goa - Mumbai / Onward Destination Catch the flight to Mumbai in the morning.
