Brighu lake is one of the most tranquil lakes of Kullu district in Himachal Pradesh. It lies east of Rohtang pass at an altitude of 4235m. This lake has religious significance. It is named after Rishi Brighu. Local people and tourists comes here to experience the magnificent view of the lake.

Rohalla Falls:
Rohalla Falls are another attraction of the region. It lie on the way to the Rohtang Pass.

Gulaba:
It is a picturesque picnic spot. Considered as starting point of Brighu lake trekking, Gulaba is embellished with beautiful flowers and green meadows.

Best Time To Visit Rohtang Pass:
The best time to visit Rohtang pass is from June to September. At this time of the year, tourists can very easily reach Rohtang pass. For those who love snow November to February will be the ideal time to come here.

How To Reach Rohtang Pass:
By Road: Rohtang pass can be easily accessible by road from Manali, which is just 51 km (31.69 miles) from Rohtang pass.

By Rail: The nearest broad gauge rail-heads to Manali are at Chandigarh, Pathankot and Kalka.

By Air: The nearest airport to Manali is at Bhuntar, which is 52 km (32.31 miles) from it. Both Kingfisher Airlines and Indian Airlines operates daily and twice in a week respectively from Delhi to Manali.
