Charms of Rajasthan Cities Jaipur The city is also known as the rose Pink City of India because of its pink color applied completely on the buildings, forts and the walls of the city. Desert Festival: Another attraction in Jaisalmer is Desert Festival that takes place every year in the month of January - February and is celebrated over the period of 3 day. Camel Safaris: Jaisalmer also facilitates a cruiser to Sam Sand Dune on camel safari making it a most cherishing excursion. Bikaner Bikaner City of Rajasthan is beautifully embellished with royal palaces, temples and carved structures built in red yellow sandstone bearing affirmation of the glorious past of the Rajputana Empire. Camel Festival: The festival is celebrated on the full moon night and is sanctified to the mandatory camel also known as the ship of the desert. Udaipur Crowning on the banks of Lake Pichola, Udaipur City is famous for its shining blue waters and the royal white marble palaces constructed with unique artistic astuteness. The places to visit in and around Udaipur are the City Palace, Pichola Lake, Jag Niwas, Jagdish Temple, Nathdwara, Rajsamand and Jaisamand.
